With a career spanning over 16 years at Mountain, Kirstin advanced from Telecom Operations Manager to Director of Operations and currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations. Kirstin is a graduate of the University of Maine, with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in Psychology. Beginning her professional career with State Farm Insurance as an auto claims adjuster, followed by personal lines producer, Kirstin gained experience in building customer relationships and handling high-pressure situations.
