OSP Project Manager – MDU Programs (Hourly Contractor)
We are seeking contractor OSP Project Managers to provide hourly project management support for MDU fiber deployment projects. These resources will be responsible for driving projects from engineering through construction closeout, coordinating engineering and construction vendors, maintaining project records in company systems, and reviewing/collecting final closing packages.
Responsibilities

Drive assigned MDU projects from initiation through completion.

Coordinate and manage third-party engineering and construction vendors.

Keep projects on task by managing schedules, milestones, dependencies, and open issues.

Work in company systems to maintain accurate project status, assignments, and documentation. 2

Coordinate engineering, permitting, construction, purchasing, and internal stakeholders.

Track forecast and critical construction dates and communicate priorities to vendors.

Review, collect, and track closeout packages, as-builts, and completion documentation.

Escalate project risks and vendor performance issues as needed.
Required Experience
-
3+ years of project management experience in OSP, telecom, fiber, or utility construction

Experience managing outside engineering and construction vendors

Experience using project tracking systems and maintaining status records

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Experience reviewing project turnover or closeout documentation
