Mountain Ltd. has an opening for a Coordinator/Specialist Support in the Everett, WA area.

Handles customer contact, both internal and external. The position is responsible for day-to-day monitoring and interactions with the Field Operations team. Responsible for daily activities associated with Service Order activity functions. Required to investigate and process Buried Service requests and Service Order rescheduling via Pre-fielding processes.

  • Responsible for monitoring, updating, and completing Service Order activity and handling associated escalations.
  • Inputs and compiles data into tracking documents and maintains files; completes records as appropriate.
  • Effective interpretation of data and provided information to act upon independently and provide sufficient feedback to solve potential roadblocks when required.
  • Follows all appropriate laws, Company policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Fundamental knowledge of OSP infrastructure and Fiber designs.
  • Fundamental knowledge of job-related equipment, plant, tools, products, services, symbols, records, and applicable techniques & applications.
  • Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Excel, including the development of workbooks, use of data in creating Pivot Tables, use of VLOOKUP in identifying specifics, the use of internal and external hyperlinks, as well as functions and their structure (i.e. COUNT, COUNTIF, SUBTOTAL, SUM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills.
  • Results obtained in standard tests for this position must meet minimum requirements established by the Company, in accordance with Company policy.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and days as needed.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, a vehicle, and auto insurance while maintaining a satisfactory driving record.
  • Fundamental knowledge of safety practices, good safety record. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.

  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to read and understand road maps, discern street signs, and address numbers.
  • Ability to understand and interpret outside plant prints/designs and symbols
  • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work within critical deadlines.
  • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.
  • Ability to drive on behalf of the company in a safe and responsible manner.

Compensation is $26 per hour.
