Analyst – MDU Project Support
We are seeking contractor Analysts to provide hourly support for MDU-related projects. These resources will support project execution through invoicing coordination, project tracking, reporting, documentation management, and other assigned operational tasks. The role will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to help keep projects organized, on track, and properly documented.

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned MDU projects with invoicing, tracking, reporting, and administrative coordination.

  • Maintain project trackers, milestone updates, notes, and supporting documentation in company systems and files.

  • Track invoice submissions and payment status and follow up on missing or pending items.

  • Monitor project progression through key statuses and escalate stalled or incomplete items.

  • Assist with collecting and organizing closeout documentation and other required project records.

  • Prepare recurring status reports, summaries, and tracker updates for leadership and project teams.

  • Perform other assigned project support tasks related to vendor coordination, reporting, and documentation.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in analyst, coordinator, project support, operations support, or similar roles

  • Experience with invoicing support, billing coordination, or payment tracking

  • Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

Engagement Type

  • Hourly contractor support

  • Work assigned based on project volume and program needs

  • Must be able to support multiple active projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Expected to provide timely updates, accurate records, and strong administrative follow-through

Performance Expectations

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in all assigned trackers and systems

  • Track invoice and documentation items to completion with minimal follow-up from management

  • Identify aging items, missing information, and stalled tasks early

  • Support on-time completion of reporting and closeout requirements

  • Always maintain organized project records and documentation

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and vendor partners

  • Must be able to support EST/CST operations (location flexible within the U.S.).
