ADAM CUMMISKEY, CTS
Adam has been with MOUNTAIN since 2006, learning various operational aspects of the business as he ascended through the ranks as Recruiter, Account Manager and Team Manager before securing his current position as Operations Consultant. Early on, Adam distinguished himself as a leader, and in 2007, he received our coveted, “Employee of the Year” award.
In his current role as Operations Consultant, Adam supports IT and other operational initiatives, executing major corporate projects, performing analysis and budgeting and managing our ISO Quality certification. He also contributes to our training efforts by developing methods, procedures and processes within each of the organization’s divisions. In April 2014, Adam received our prestigious, “Impact Award” as a result of his efforts and many contributions to improving processes.
Adam says he enjoys being surrounded by great people at work, all of whom make unique contributions, and he also says the variety in his work keeps things interesting.
Adam has a passion for music and collecting guitars. He’s been playing the guitar and writing songs for over 20 years. He also enjoys travelling abroad and domestically, especially visiting his family in Austin, Texas.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Southern Maine in 2005, and earned his Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) designation from the National Association of Personnel Services.
